Organizing is a skill that does not necessarily have to come "naturally". You can be taught and coached on how to organize. I know this first hand because organizing was something that I had to learn to do. With time, patience and much practice I have become very good and now it is second nature. I can relate to feeling overwhelmed, frustrated and stressed.
For the past 20 years Organizing has been a way of life for me. Now when I am stressed out, or when my to do list is too long, or my head is in a thousand places, I find myself organizing things, organizing has become a natural way for me to Renew and Refresh.
My background is in the field of Human Resources and Recruiting. I have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources with a specialization in Training and Development. I chose this field specifically because working with people has always been a need for me. I have worked in many type of environments, both large and small. Being highly organized and efficient has brought me great success.
I bring many years of combined experience from both the business aspect of organizing to the home environment where I have perfected my skills by incorporating simple to use concepts to keep me focused and organized.
